Canada's Wonderland - June 25th, 2026

What a great 9 and a half hours Scott and I had at Canada's Wonderland for our fourth visit of the season!

The threat of rain and storms kept many away, allowing for us to get on many rides with little to no waits all day long! Thankfully the weather never materialized, only giving a very light sprinkle of rain for a few minutes in the mid-afternoon! It was nice taking in the park at a leisurely pace, re-riding some of our favourite rides a few times.

Be sure to check out the photos and updates from our great fourth visit of the season at Canada's Wonderland! ๐Ÿ˜„๐ŸŽข

As we pulled into the parking lot before 9:20am, AlpenFury was testing!

Once inside, we immediately headed over to AlpenFury as there were very few guests in the park this morning due to the potential threat of rain and storms in the afternoon.

We arrived at AlpenFury, being on the first train of the day! To our surprise, they opened the ride 15 minutes before the rest of the park opened! The early opening allowed me to get back on for my second ride of the day on AlpenFury before 10am! My second ride was in the front row, something I hadn't experienced on AlpenFury before! It was awesome seeing the inversions coming at you as you speed along!

After two exhilarating back to back rides on AlpenFury, we got on Vortex at 10am. It was riding very well on this cooler day!

Scott and I then got on The Fly as it was a walk-on. The brakes hit quite hard during this visit! ๐Ÿค•I hadn't been gut-punched on it in quite a while!๐Ÿ˜‚

Afterwards, we ventured across the park to ride the recently re-tracked Mighty Canadian Minebuster! It rode just as well as it did during our visit on June 11th! I just absolutely love it!

After another amazing ride on Mighty Canadian Minebuster, we went on Yukon Striker as it too was also a walk-on.

After a great ride on Yukon Striker, we then rode Behemoth!

With it getting on to 11am, we ventured over to White Water Canyon!

With the light crowds, we managed to be the first-riders of the day on White Water Canyon. It was so quiet, we got to go around twice without getting off! The couple Scott and I were seated with in the raft had a blast predicting who would get soaked! ๐Ÿ˜‚

After two fun cycles on White Water Canyon, Scott and I went to Lazy Bear Lodge for our first meal of the day. Here's a tasty serving of chicken drumsticks with a side of smashed potatoes. The drumsticks seemed larger this time, which was nice to see as they've been quite small on previous visits.

As the park was rather quiet, I took my first ride on the 2026 season on Wilde Beast. Sadly I didn't get my usual seat (first row, second car), I did have a decent ride in the front row of the third car. I do hope the park tackles Wilde Beast with a retracking like the one Mighty Canadian Minebuster received, as it is greatly needed!

The sun came out as we got in line for Leviathan. All day long it had an under 10 minute wait!

We then took a ride on Spinovator.

Grande World Expo is set up for Celebration Canada happening from July 1st to 5th, 2026.

Recently, The DareDeviler (formerly Flight Deck) received some modifications to the supports leading into the brake run. I wonder if this has anything to do with the new trains? The notches made in the supports would make you think so. Hopefully it is ready to reopen with the new trains soon!
Of interest, the Grande World Eatery located across the way had staff cleaning inside. Maybe it will be reopening soon as it has yet to serve guests this season.  It reopened on Saturday, June 27.

We took a spin on Swing of the Century. The double seats are proving to be quite popular!

I then took a ride on Psyclone, as I hadn't been on it since Winterfest!

From one Mondial ride to the next! While riding Tundra Twister, I had a thrilling ride as the gondola slowly rolled upside down nearly 150 feet above the ground!

As it was a very quiet day at the park, we headed over to KidzVille and Planet Snoopy to ride the roller coaster there! Up first was a backrow ride on Silver Streak.

The we rode Taxi Jam, because why not! ๐Ÿ˜‚ We took our seats in the first and second cars! The hangtime on the first drop sure is something! ๐Ÿคฃ

We then took a ride on Ghoster Coaster, where I sat in the front row and Scott sat in the second row! The airtime hits differently on the first drop when seated in the front!

We then had a backrow ride on Snoopy's Racing Railway! It's always a fun ride!

Before leaving Planet Snoopy, we took a ride on Boo Blasters. Sadly our guns weren't working too well. I hope it gets a refurbishment/upgrade soon!

On our way from Planet Snoopy, we noticed The Bat had no line, so we took a ride on it! It was thrilling as usual!

The line for AlpenFury was short, so I took a thrilling third ride of the day on it!

It sure was a great day for many rides on AlpenFury as it usually has a wait of 1 hour or more!

Due to some wind gusts that did sweep across the area throughout the morning and early afternoon, Drop Tower was operating intermittently. We saw it operating again, so we quickly got in line!

In the late-afternoon, we had a second meal of the day at the Aprรจs Poutinerie. It's funny how right now at Canada's Wonderland, the second best meal is Poutine!

For desert, I had a very delicious broken cookie sundae from the Cookie Cafe! This time it was served with two types of cookies, chocolate chip and double chocolate chunk!

After I had the broken cookie sundae, we rode Wonder Mountain's Guardian. It too had a very short wait, of about 10 minutes!

We then took a ride on Thunder Run which was a walk-on! I do hope they bring the chaser lights back at the end of the ride as they add to the experience!

Afterwards, I took another spin on Tundra Twister, then Scott and I took another ride on the amazing Mighty Canadian Minebuster followed by a relaxing ride on the Antique Carousel!

Here we are before the ride began!

It looks like the Christmas trees used during Wintefest have been removed from the former station of Time Warp since our last visit.

We then took a ride on Krachenwagen on our way back to Medieval Faire.

Our final rides of the day were on Drop Tower and Leviathan!

Ending your day with one last ride on Leviathan is always a great choice!

Here is Scott and I before heading home! We had an amazing time at the park today and look forward to our next visit in a few weeks! ๐Ÿ™‚๐ŸŽข
